Looking for something different for your next event? Bring the authentic taste of Greece to your guests with Spartan Tacos!
We are a Greek street food truck serving fresh, homemade dishes inspired by traditional Greek recipes with a modern street food twist. Everything is prepared with high-quality ingredients and served fresh from our truck.
Our signature dish is our open Greek pita, filled with homemade chicken gyros, authentic tzatziki, fresh pico de gallo (tomato, onion & cucumber), crispy fries and our homemade mayo sauce. It's the perfect combination of traditional Greek flavors and modern street food.
Our menu also includes:
* Homemade Greek meatballs served with warm pita and authentic tzatziki.
* A delicious vegetarian option with fried halloumi, tzatziki, fresh salad and crispy fries.
* Fried halloumi served with balsamic glaze and sweet chilli sauce.

Whether you're planning a private party, birthday, wedding, company event, festival or market, Spartan Tacos brings a unique food experience that your guests will remember.

We also provide fully customized catering.

Spartan Tacos recipes are a combination of Greek street food with a modern twist.
Our signature dish is homemade Greek pita filled with homemade lightly marinated chicken gyros, homemade traditional Greek tzatziki, pico de Gallo (tomato, cucumber, onion,) crispy fries and homemade mayo sauce on top.
-A delicious vegetarian option with fried halloumi cheese, tzatziki, pico de Gallo, crispy fries and mayo sauce on top.
-Greek souvlaki .(pork or chicken).
-Portion of Halloumi fries (fried cheese with balsamic glaze served with sweet chilli sauce).
-Homemade Greek Meatballs served with warm pita and tzatziki.
-Gyros Nachos: crispy pita topped with gyros, tzatziki, pico de Gallo.
-Spartan Tacos "beer meze plate: a combo plate with small bites - meatballs, zucchini fritters, feta dip and fries .
-Homemade Smara's Lemonade
-Greek iced Frappe with whipped cream on top.

It's a homemade pita, served opened and filled with all the fresh ingredients in.
The chicken is halal and marinated by our Chef George. With the combination of the homemade traditional Greek tzatziki and the freshness of the pico de Gallo we promise that you will taste something that it will make your face happy. Of course every time we will have something special for you!

Onze crew

The crew of Spartan Tacos is Smara and George.
Smara is manager in Horeca the last 8 years and George chef in different kinds of kitchens the last 10 years.
Together they will combine their knowledge to give their visitors an experience of a cozy feeling and make them happy.

    What a lovely experience! The team was so sweet and kind full of smiles and positive energy.

    As for the food, it was absolutely delicious, tasty and lekker!
    The halloumi fries are a must-try, and the lemonade was super refreshing and flavorful.

    Absolutely delicious food — the pita kip gyros, halloumi fries, and homemade lemonade were all amazing! The team is super friendly and welcoming.

    I met them in Wormer on Mother’s Day, and they had a very special gift for every mother — so cute!

  • "Goede ervaring"

    Wat een geweldige ervaring bij deze foodtruck op het festival! Het eten was werkelijk heerlijk, vol smaak en duidelijk met liefde en passie bereid. Je proeft dat er aandacht is besteed aan elk detail. Daarnaast was het personeel ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij, wat de hele beleving nog beter maakte. Absoluut een aanrader en ik hoop ze snel weer ergens tegen te komen!
